The TRUE HZRDUS 9X4 delivers excellent performance with a snappy feel and strong shot that outperforms other sticks in the line, making it popular among players who appreciate its responsiveness. However, multiple reviewers report significant durability issues, with shafts breaking 40-90 days after purchase and blades splitting vertically during normal play, often outside the limited 30-day warranty period.

broke a couple of times
Bought this stick for my 12 year old. Shortly after the warranty timeframe the shaft broke about 3 inches from the knob end. We purchased an extension plug and cut the broken part of the shaft off. Within 3 weeks of placing the extension onto the shaft, the blade then split vertically right down the middle. 12 year old really liked the feel and snap of the stick, but it seems it couldn't stay in 1 piece for the season.

Broken stick 40 days old
We bought the stick January 12th. February 21st the stock cracked from normal use during a game. There is only a 30 day warranty. I do not recommend this brand.

Good stick bad durability
Good stick but does not feel to durable. Hockey is a rough sport and the way this stick feels I think it might break soon. Overall this a good stick but durability could be better

Great.
Best stick out for my son in Junior, but they don't last too long. Gonna be an expensive season.
9X4
I am new to hockey but I tried a few different HZRDUS sticks... the 9x4 out performed the others by far. Already have another in my card with a lower flex for a little extra versatility.
