My high schooler has ben using CCM tacks sticks for a few years now. He has tried other sticks in the past, but he has not found anything that is as reliable and consistent as this one. It is nothing flashy, just a good stick. He plays defense and feels it is compatible with his skills. It breaks, as all sticks do, but after typical wear and tear.

This stick has been crazy durable with solid performance. The flex is accurate and the generated power has been great. I stumbled onto a great deal with the first purchase and through 9 months I feel like I'm on borrowed time so I'm buying a pending replacement. Days of getting a good stick for $99 seem behind us. $279 for a clearance stick is stiff but sign of the times. Pros: Durable, Lightweight. Cons: Expensive.
I recently bought an AS-VI Pro, and I have loved it every time I’ve used it. The stick has a TON of power, and my shots are probably the hardest they’ve ever been. The stick has nice grip, is pretty light, and is comfortable for passing. I really like the shape of the lower shaft and feel that it provides the stick even more power. Overall, I really like the AS-VI and would totally recommend! Pros: Comfortable, Versatile, Durable, Great Fit. Cons: Expensive.
