Weak and fragile
Nice stick, but only lasts 3 weeks. My 16y/o Broke so many I had to switch. The new one plus the warranty stick would not even make it for 2 months.

The pattern
The CCM JetSpeed FT8 Pro delivers excellent shot release, power, and feel that players love, with a great kick point for stick handling. However, it suffers from severe durability issues across multiple failure points: shafts snap within weeks of use, blades chip and crack prematurely, and the aluminum coating appears brittle. Multiple reviewers report the stick breaking within 1-8 uses, and even warranty replacements fail quickly, making it poor value at $400 despite its performance characteristics.

Breaks to easily
Breaks to easily the FT 7 lasted so much longer, we still have one from 2 years ago while the FT 8 breaks monthly, for almost $400 this needs to change

Almost half a winter season in and the stick has performed really well for my son.
